These Terms of Use govern access to the XNK website and related quotation, inquiry, sample, OEM, and project communication provided through the site.

1. Business-use site

   This website is intended primarily for distributors, wholesalers, rental teams, venues, installers, OEM buyers, and other business purchasers reviewing products or requesting quotation support.

2. Product information and inquiries

   Product content on the site is provided for review, shortlist building, and RFQ communication. Specifications, availability, packaging scope, accessories, and delivery timing may change before quotation or order confirmation.

3. No automatic order acceptance

   An inquiry, form submission, or website message does not create a binding order. Orders are confirmed only after XNK issues a quotation, proforma invoice, or written order confirmation and the agreed commercial terms are accepted.

4. Buyer responsibilities

   Buyers should provide accurate company, contact, destination, and application information so XNK can support clearer model matching, quotation review, and order handling.

5. Site use and content

   Users may not misuse the site, submit misleading information, or reproduce XNK content in a way that violates applicable law or XNK intellectual property rights.

6. Governing law

   Unless otherwise agreed in writing, site use and related disputes are governed by the applicable laws and dispute terms associated with XNK?s contracting entity and confirmed commercial documents.
