Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to all purchases of XNK Lighting Products. Please review the following terms before initiating a return:


  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Standard (non-customized) Products may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging (with labels/tags intact), and in resalable condition.

    • Customized Products (e.g., personalized light patterns, custom specifications) are non-returnable, as they are tailored to your unique requirements.

  2. Return Process

    1. Submit a return request via the “My Orders” section of the Site, including order number, return reason, and photos of the Product condition.

    2. Our team will review the request within 3 business days; approved requests will receive a return address.

    3. Ship the Product back to the specified address within 7 business days (mark the order number on the package) and provide the tracking number.

    4. We will inspect the returned Product within 5 business days; refunds will be processed within 7 business days (via the original payment method) if the inspection is passed.

  3. Refund & Shipping Responsibility

    • For returns due to Product quality issues (e.g., defects, malfunction), we cover round-trip shipping costs and issue a full refund.

    • For returns due to non-quality reasons (e.g., incorrect specification selection), you are responsible for return shipping costs; we will refund the Product price (excluding initial shipping fees).

  4. Exceptions

    Returns will be rejected if the Product is damaged, modified, or missing accessories (e.g., cables, manuals) upon inspection.
