Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to quotation-based sample, wholesale, OEM, and project orders supplied by XNK. Because most orders are confirmed by RFQ, proforma invoice, or project discussion rather than a retail checkout flow, return handling is reviewed case by case.

  1. Standard stock models

    Unused standard models may be considered for return only after written approval from XNK. Buyers should provide the order reference, model, quantity, return reason, and clear photos before any return is arranged.

  2. Samples, OEM, and project-configured goods

    Sample charges, customized specifications, branded packaging, OEM / ODM goods, and project-configured orders are generally non-returnable once confirmed or produced, except where a verified quality issue is accepted by XNK.

  3. Quality issue review

    If there is a quality problem, please send photos, video, carton labels, and a clear fault description as soon as possible after receipt. XNK may support troubleshooting, parts replacement, repair, exchange, or an agreed credit / refund depending on the case.

  4. Freight and return handling

    Return freight responsibility, replacement handling, and any approved credit are confirmed according to the actual order, destination, and issue type. Do not return products without written return instructions from XNK.
