Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to quotation-based sample, wholesale, OEM, and project orders supplied by XNK.

1. Shipping scope

   XNK supports delivery to most destination markets that can be served under current trade, carrier, and customs conditions. Final shipping availability depends on the order type, destination, and confirmed delivery terms.

2. Lead time and dispatch

   Production and dispatch timing depend on the model, quantity, packaging scope, sample requirements, OEM content, and destination. Estimated lead time is confirmed in quotation, proforma invoice, or order confirmation rather than through a retail checkout display.

3. Freight quotation

   Freight charges are reviewed according to carton volume, gross weight, shipment method, and destination. Shipping terms, routing, and any included or separate freight charges are confirmed in the quotation or order documents.

4. Customs and destination handling

   Import duties, taxes, local clearance charges, and destination compliance requirements are handled according to the destination market and agreed trade terms. Buyers should confirm any local import restrictions before shipment is finalized.

5. Delays and transport issues

   Transit or dispatch delays may occur because of production scheduling, customs review, carrier capacity, public holidays, weather, or other force majeure events. If transport damage or loss is identified, contact XNK promptly with carton photos, labels, and shipment details so the case can be reviewed with the carrier.
